HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER
If you would like to return your order, reach out to support@thirstycowboyskincare.com. Please check our return policy before contacting us.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you'd like to cancel your order, please send us an email at support@thirstycowboyskincare.com and we'll do our best to either cancel the order or, if it's too late to cancel, help you get a refund on any product you don't want to keep.
ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING COSTS
Yes, orders under $75 will be charged a shipping cost.
CAN I STILL CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you want to change your order, please send us an email. We will see what is still possible however it is unlikely as orders are often processed same day.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as your order is shipped we will send you tracking details. If you did not receive an email please email us at support@thirstycowboyskincare.com.
Special note: Any orders with the Desert Market products will ship out July 11. If your order includes other items like Butter Balms or the tote we will ship out asap and follow up with your products. We apologize for the delay!
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as APO/FPO address. We are working on bringing our products to additional countries, tag us @thirstycowboyskincare to help us prioritize!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow us about 2 to 4 business days to process an order (oftentimes faster). Once your package ships you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as well as other delivery updates. Please make sure to check your spam folders for any emails from us.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want you to love your products! If you are not satisfied with your product, please email us within 14 days of receiving your product at hello@thirstycowboyskincare.com. We kindly ask that you carefully read our ingredient list and check what works for your skin before ordering. Please note that as a small business, we offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all products returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. Our shipping fees are non-refundable. Once a return is received and processed it can take 3-5 business days for your bank to fully refund you.
WHERE'S MY PACKAGE?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information in order to easily track your package. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within a few days of placing your order, please check your “spam” folder. Please make sure to check your spam folders for any emails from us.
