Yes, all Thirsty Cowboy products are Vegan and Cruelty Free.

No, we do not use synthetic fragrances or dyes.
WHAT SKIN TYPES ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR?
Our formulas are designed for sensitive, dry, dehydrated, or easily irritated skin what we call “thirsty skin.” Because we skip synthetic fragrances, dyes, and harsh actives, our products remain gentle, calming, and universally compatible. They’re suitable for all skin types, including those prone to acne, redness, eczema, or seasonal dryness.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN?
Yes. Our entire line is formulated without synthetic fragrances, dyes, parabens, sulfates, or harsh preservatives, making it suitable for sensitive skin. As with any natural formula, we always recommend patch-testing if you have known sensitivities.
CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCTS IF I HAVE ECZEMA OR PSORIASIS?
While we can’t diagnose or treat medical conditions, our moisture-rich, barrier-supportive formulas are designed to comfort skin that is dry, flaky, tight, or easily irritated. Many customers with eczema-prone skin find relief in the hydration + barrier support our products provide.
WHY IS MY LIP BUTTER HARD TO SQUEEZE?
Our Lip Butters are made with naturally firm butters and oils and no synthetic softeners so the texture can feel firmer in cooler temperatures. Warm the tube between your hands for a few seconds or keep it at room temperature to help it soften and dispense smoothly.
HOW SHOULD I STORE THIRSTY COWBOY PRODUCTS?
Proper storage helps maintain the integrity of naturally derived formulas, especially since we don’t use synthetic preservatives. Keep products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and ensure all caps are tightly closed after each use.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS PREGNANCY & BREASTFEEDING SAFE?
Our formulas are made with gentle, naturally derived ingredients. However, every pregnancy is unique, so we always recommend reviewing ingredient lists with your doctor.

All Thirsty Cowboy products are formulated and manufactured in the USA using globally sourced, naturally derived ingredients.
WHY DO NATURAL PRODUCTS SOMETIMES VARY IN COLOR OR SCENT?
Natural ingredients like plant oils, extracts, and butters can vary each season. This does not affect efficacy or safety; it’s simply the beauty of working with nature instead of synthetics.

We currently ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as to APO/FPO addresses. We’re working on expanding internationally - tag us @thirstycowboyskincare to help us prioritize where to go next!

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and delivery updates. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you need to update your shipping address, email support@thirstycowboyskincare.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate the change, but updates are not guaranteed.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE SAYS “DELIVERED” BUT I CAN’T FIND IT?
Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a few hours early. Please:
If your package still hasn’t appeared after 24 hours, email us and we’ll help investigate. We do not offer refunds for lost packages. Eligible cases will receive a replacement only.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@thirstycowboyskincare.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage so we can assist.

Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. During holidays, processing may take longer.
Refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your bank statement after processing.
