Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as to APO/FPO addresses. We’re working on expanding internationally - tag us @thirstycowboyskincare to help us prioritize where to go next!
We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days where possible. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and delivery updates. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.
If you need to update your shipping address, email support@thirstycowboyskincare.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate the change, but updates are not guaranteed.
Orders are processed quickly, often the same day. If you need to adjust your order, email us immediately. While we’ll try to help, changes are not guaranteed depending on timing.
Orders under $60: Standard shipping: $6.95. Express shipping: $15.99
If you need to cancel your order, email support@thirstycowboyskincare.com as quickly as you can. We’ll try to stop it before it ships.
Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a few hours early. Please:
- Check around your delivery area
- Ask neighbors or building staff
- Allow up to 24 hours
If your package still hasn’t appeared after 24 hours, email us and we’ll help investigate. You must reach out within 7 days of the delivered date. We do not offer refunds for lost packages. Eligible cases will receive a replacement only.
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@thirstycowboyskincare.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage so we can assist.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition
- Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- A $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
- Return labels are issued by Thirsty Cowboy and must be sent via USPS
- We do not accept partial returns on our sets. To return a set it must be completely unopened and unused.
- Returns must be processed through our return system; outside returns are not accepted
Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. During holidays, processing may take longer.
Refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your bank statement after processing.
Refunds are issued only if:
- The product is defective, or
- The return meets the criteria listed above
Due to personal care and hygiene reasons, we do not accept refunds for used or opened products.
