The Site is operated by Thirsty Cowboy LLC, based in Brooklyn, New York (“Thirsty Cowboy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.

3. Products
Our products are cosmetics for external use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please read all labels and ingredient lists before use and patch test new products. Stop use if irritation occurs. Information on our Site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Because many of our products are made with natural ingredients, and some are made by hand in small batches, color, scent, and texture may vary slightly between batches.

4. Prices, Errors, and Order Acceptance
All products are subject to availability, and we may discontinue any product at any time. Prices may change without notice. We try to display accurate product information and prices, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been placed. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund your payment.

5. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes are subject to the terms stated in each offer, may not be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.

6. Payment
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card number.

7. Shipping and Delivery

8. Returns and Refunds

If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and that you have the right to share it. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business, including on our Site and in marketing.
